The last few shots, the small tool on top is to adjust the gear change selectors which are spring loaded. In this shot you can see I had to make a bush for the flywheel hence the double key way and two keys. Incidentally, yes I do appreciate that keys should finish flush, but mine have a very small cut on the inner face, so can be extracted easily and dismantled. The pulley on the motor I just made up from a billet of steel I had lurking around. I found the best thing for the brake on the inner end of the crown wheel is champagne corks.....

I made up a pair of transition plates to take the motor, as I wasnt prepared to drill extra holes on the main plate.
