Quick change overhaul.

Not a great deal wrong with this except the outboard gears had been re-assembled incorrectly a long time ago necessitating some fettling to the thimble on the larger gear and new keys being made.

I made up ball handles where I considered them 'nice to have' even if Rivett didnt originally provide them in those locations, I like the concept of no spanners.
